{*ORDERSUMMARY*}
This email is your ticket to gain access to La Ribaute – please ensure that on the day of your visit you have it on your phone or have a printed copy, so that staff can check your name and booking reference against their list of visitors, and give you access to the site.
To ensure you have the best experience at La Ribaute, please read the following information:
Arrival on the day
All guided tours begin promptly at {*TOURTIME*}. We ask that you please arrive at the parking lot no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Once the tour has begun, we are unable to offer access to any latecomers. Please remember that tickets must be bought online and in advance.
The tour: being prepared
Our guided tours last approximately 3 hours long and feature mixed terrain such as unpaved roads, dirt paths, and narrow underground tunnels, as well as some stairs. Please remember to wear suitable footwear and prepare for specific weather conditions, as necessary. We will not cancel tours due to rain; if it does rain, paths and roads can become very muddy, we recommend that visitors wear rain boots if rain is forecast. In the case of extreme weather, we may have to modify our tours for safety reasons.
